The goal of this group is to help owners find their pets us quickly as possible. Whether they have been lost or found, this group is to assist in getting our fur babies home. LLAFP offers tips and advice relating to our members in using many tools to help get their pets homes quickly. We also have many knowledgeable members, including local vets, rescues, shelters offering suggestions and advice for any specific needs.

looking to adopt or foster a pet?

“Helping DOGS in anyway” is Amber’s motto. Seeing many dogs getting euthanized at Humane Societies due to over population and/or due to medical expense, put Amber into action to open her own non-profit organization known as Amber’s Animal Outreach. Her goal is to help dogs live a safe, healthy and pain free life via raise funds to prevent unnecessary euthanization due to overpopulation and medical expenses

The Mission of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League of the Palm Beaches, Incorporated is to provide shelter to lost, homeless and unwanted animals, to provide spay and neuter and other medical services for companion animals, and to care for, protect, and find quality homes for homeless and neglected companion animals, to advocate animal welfare, community involvement and education to further the bond between people and animals.

Animal Care and Control is part of Palm Beach County Government. This shelter was started in 1969.

In 1974, the shelter became a division of the Public Safety Department. Programs and services were expanded to keep pace with the growing human and animal population. In 1980, the division became fully accredited by the Humane Society of the United States.

Traveling over the rainbow bridge

Lap of Love assists families and their pets in Palm Beach County with end-of-life care in the comfort of their home. Our experienced veterinarians provide compassionate care for your dog or cat, including in-home euthanasia and hospice. Veterinary hospice specifically addresses comfort care and pain management for pets. Our telehospice service allows you to speak with a doctor to discuss your pet's quality of life. We can also assist with some exotic pets too.
